These Terms apply to your use of the Design Growth Hub website and to services provided by USAPRO LLC under the Design Growth Hub brand. By using this website, contacting us through it, or purchasing services from us, you agree to these Terms.

Design Growth Hub provides digital strategy and visibility services for interior design studios and design-led businesses. Depending on the engagement, this may include website refinement or revamp work, service and city positioning, Google Business Profile improvement, AI-readable page structure, commercial page refinement, discovery-focused content, and authority-building support across relevant industry sources.

Each engagement is different. Scope, deliverables, timelines, and working methods vary by project and are typically confirmed through proposals, email, invoices, or other written agreement.

Design Growth Hub aims to improve clarity, positioning, and discoverability, but we do not guarantee rankings, lead volume, placements, featured results, AI visibility, revenue, or any specific business outcome. Search platforms, local listings, AI systems, competitor activity, and market conditions can change without notice.

Project scope, milestones, timelines, and deliverables are set according to the engagement you purchase. If the requested work changes materially after the project begins, the scope, fee, and schedule may need to be revised.

If a project depends on timely approvals, feedback, or access from the client side, delays in those items may affect scheduling and delivery timing.

Fees, billing timing, deposits, retainers, milestone invoices, or recurring charges are set by the specific engagement. Payment is due according to the terms shown on the invoice, proposal, checkout, or written agreement.

If payment is overdue, Design Growth Hub may pause work, delay delivery, or withhold further services until the account is brought current. Refund handling is covered separately in the Refund Policy.

You retain ownership of your pre-existing materials, including your branding, portfolio assets, copy, images, accounts, and other materials you bring into the engagement.

USAPRO LLC retains ownership of its methods, frameworks, templates, internal systems, processes, research models, and pre-existing tools unless an express written transfer says otherwise.

After full payment of the applicable fees, you may use final deliverables created specifically for your engagement for your own business purposes. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, working files, internal documentation, drafts, methods, and reusable systems are not transferred.

Some work may involve third-party platforms such as website builders, analytics tools, listing platforms, search engines, payment providers, CRMs, or AI systems. Design Growth Hub is not responsible for the policies, outages, algorithm changes, feature changes, suspensions, or data practices of third-party services.

We may decline, pause, or terminate services or access if there is non-payment, abusive conduct, unlawful use, material breach of the agreement, or another issue that makes the engagement impractical or unsafe to continue.

You may also choose to stop an engagement, but amounts owed for work already performed remain due and refund handling follows the Refund Policy and any written project terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, USAPRO LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity, goodwill, data, or anticipated results arising from use of the website or services.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our liability will be limited to the amount paid by you to USAPRO LLC for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the twelve months before the claim arose.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless USAPRO LLC from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising out of materials you provide, misuse of the website, breach of these Terms, or violation of another person's rights or applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, disputes relating to these Terms or the services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, the effective date at the top of the page will be updated. Continued use of the website or services after an update means the revised Terms apply going forward.
